Squash curry

Squash like most cucurbits (zucchini, pumpkin, etc..) contains few calories and is suitable for a slimming regime. All these giants berries are rather poor in taste that is why they should be cooked with spices. Then they can give us their nutritional qualities.
Whether to replace the squash with another vegetable, it would be pumpkin instead of zucchini.

Ingredients

  • Squash: 100g
  • Egg: 70g
  • Lemon: 50g
  • Flour: 10g
  • Coriander: 5g
  • Curry: 1g
  • Oil: 2g
  • Cream: 5g
  • Butter: 2g
  • Tomato sauce: 20g
  • Salt:

Ustensiles

    Oven.
    Bowl.
    Mold.

Preparation


    Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
    Remove seeds from squash.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Squeeze the lemon.
    Chop the coriander.
    Toss the squash with coriander, oil, lemon, curry.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Put the whole into a bowl.
    Add eggs, flour, fresh cream.
    Mix.
    Put everything into a mold.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake 40 minutes.

Serve


    Cold.
    Possibly add a tomato coulis.
