Dario Moreno has never sung the dolma or tortilla although he squirmed a lot on stage, with Brigitte Bardot in particular, but he sang veal meatballs.
What makes this dish has merited him dedicate a song? No doubt the fact that it is very popular. And it was also rhyme with Paulette unless it was the opposite.
The roulade is a slice of meat rolled around a stuffing and tied up.
This dish is easy to prepare with ingredients that are very common. We can also find meatballs already made up.
